Budget: 1000-1200 CAD After Taxes & Rebates
More specific use (what games, what programs): Would like to play Battlefield 1
Planned time until purchase: This Weekend/Next Weekend
Do you need an Operating System?: Do no include in price
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Best bang for buck!
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Do not plan on overclocking, but would like a third party cooler (212 or something like that)
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: no
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): Vancouver, Canada. Parts will be picked up in store. Will only be purchasing from NCIX or locations that NCIX will price match.

Not really up-to-date on PC Hardware as I've been busy with school. I've seen some really good things above Ryzen, but I don't know if at this price point it is worth it. Intel or AMD to me/him doesn't matter either way.
He would also like to have Dual monitor hooked up (Game on one monitor and web browser open on the other).

If you buy that case, it doesn't have a optical drive bay, just so you know.
I just built mine in it, today.
But made that mistake.

Thanks, that's good to know. Not even sure if I'm going to use that case. Case doesn't really matter that much anyways, so might buy something cheaper. As long as it's half-decent lol.

Agreed, I never really use it. But I don't mind spending the $20 to have it as an option.
I had just overlooked it on that case, and didn't want him to make the same mistake. Since I had to RMA it back to newegg.
Besides that I like that case a lot.

he lives in vancouver, so he won't have that problem. Plus, he only wants to purchase at ncix.
Although mem express/direct canada are cheaper most of the time and ncix can be anal about price matching.
