The lists are almost the same (the same once on same patch) because everyone who's good at console just plugs in a mouse and keyboard lol.

the thing about hog is that he is OP close range, but is completely useless from far range. He can be easily sniped or shot at. He is also a large character with a lot of hp and low mobility so it's easy to build up your ult on him. You just need to play vs him right. He hook, shoot, melee combo kill is a bit too strong though. IMO, the short stun needs to be removed.

If you remove the stun any character than has any abilities that have anything to do with movement would never die to him

Tracer could just rewind before the shot, genji could reflect etc

Useless from far range? 20m hook range is pretty far for being able to 1 shot people.
Also he can 1v1 every character in the game and needs 0 support between fights because of self healing.
He's really poorly designed.

I think they should remove headshots from his weapon. This would remove his ability to 1 shot tanks while still being able to 1 shot squishies with his hook.
Then buff Reaper to 300 hp. These 2 changes would allow DVA and Reaper to 1v1 Roadhog so the game can actually be fair.

Personally I think his hook range should be 15m instead of 20m because McCree's range is 20m and most scenarios have less than 20m in actual room anyway (but this just might be my own bias from my hatred for Roadhog)
