I just started POE again after however long. I am looking for a decent noob build for a ranger. I cannot find much on the forums, because I don't know what any of it means.

its lightning arrow/tornado shot/ barrage

Barrage is for single target (bosses)
Lightning arrow or Tornado shot for clear (pick the one u like more)
