It's entirely likely he did. I think in 2005 he was already playing the long game on running for potus.

Does anyone else find it amusingly corrupt that the incredibly thin charity veneer that was pay to play for the Clinton foundation vanishes the second this wench&spouse was no longer in a governmental political power position?, it was about the downtrodden masses right?
Clinton University, I seem to recall democrats just railing on Trump on a few months ago about calling something a "university" that wasn't accredited?
