Too many variables. Are you looking for a full sized graphics card or half size? Are you willing to get a new cooler? 212 is huge and will struggle to fit in most cases we'd like to recommend.

What's you're budget for all parts?

Sadly all the really small form factor cases is mitx.

I wish the Kimera Cerberus 18L was officiel out.

But something like the Inwin 301 will be out soon. Otherwise take a look at the inwin 303
If you want something cheap the Corsair N200 or Fractal design core 1100 should be fine.

/e Dunno if this is small enough for you, but it will fit your existing motherboard, GPU and CPU cooler.

The height of the vid card is the problem with the Slim or HTPC cases.

Like this is a very good case, but the vid card is too high. If you can deal w/o the vid card, and just use the CPU grfx part, or use a low profile card....

It would help to know what you intend to do with the computer, like how much grfx power will you need.

The Logisys case's power supply will not drive your vid card, and your vid card is too tall for it. Same problems with the Apex case.

This case, that I linked above will hold your build as it is now, and has ...handles. Should fit nicely, on the floor between the back seat and the front seat.
