Well i plugged it in my other pc and formatted it, and it showed 0%gb.. I figured that would be good enough? Apparently it wasn't...

Is there a better way to reformat?

Is it an SSD or a hard drive?



/e Well w/e it is...use the free program CCleaner to wipe it...on another computer. Make sure you check the box for w/e drive letter it is...

First lets do this.

How many drives are in the pc ?
If theres more then 1 wipe them all.

Then proceed forward.

One HDD. it's being wiped as we speak. OP is on cs:go :/

With the wiped HDD back in the HP prebuilt, it will then boot from USB/DVD.
