Okay so, I tried to reformat my windows 10 pc and somehow it got shut down during installation.. Now it's on the 64% reboot loop.

I'm totally not sure how to fix this, or if it's a brick pc now.. I need your help JSP!

I've tried:
Putting windows 10 on a bootable flash drive, but the pc won't recognize the flash drive or a windows 10 mirrored disk.
I've watched a couple youtube videos of people pulling the power cable out of the pc before it gets to the 64% installation screen 3x to bring up repair, but it's not working either.

I'm not sure what else to try..

iso help!

DBAN will allow you to "wipe" the SSD or hard drive. Then you can do a clean install of Windows on the drive.

You can use a format tool, there is no need to run dban.
dban is a terrible idea on an ssd.

Okay so, I tried this route and I put it on a bootable flash drive and I turned on the computer.. It went to a black screen with 2 or 3 white lines and then went back to normal hard drive boot order and continued with the 64% installation reboot loop.

I can't seem to get my pc to run from a usb / cdrom drive... I've tried using all 8 USB ports on my pc and two different cd drives..

Disconnect the hard drive, move it to another pc and wipe it.

Now try booting from a media device. That drive can no longer boot so it won't get in teh way.

I'm not sure if its booting from the USB or not, but it launched startup repair... None of the options worked in the startup repair because i reformatted the entire hard drive.

There is a command prompt in the startup repair and I found an article on what to do, so I'm attempting this atm.

http://windowsreport.com/windows-10-automatic-repair-couldnt-repair-pc/

Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options.
Select Command Prompt from list of options.
When Command Prompt appears, enter the following lines and press Enter after each line in order to run it:
bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
bootrec.exe /fixmbr
bootrec.exe /fixboot

It's about 16% done and will take another 70-80 minutes..

Hopefully this fixes it.. I'm almost discouraged from trying anything else tbh

You shouldn't GET the Startup Repair if you wiped the SSD.
It should just install Windows, as if it was a brand new drive.
