zizaran(well not my favorit)
zenocidegenious
nugiyen(not sure if he does guides tho)

forgot itsyoji too, which is definitely one of my favorit
I barely use guides anymore tho
but mathil for sure is one of the very top guys when it comes to creating builds, even affordable ones for the general (not rich) player
he explains a lot of diversity for a specific build too, many times, so you don't have to just focus on a specific item or a specific ascendancy class or whatever
so he leaves you with a lot of options, and he's super good at explaining game mechanics etc
same goes for ziggyd ofc
I didn't check the other guys listed too much tho, it's just from what I've heard/read, but I guess they're more than fine as well
I just don't like zizaran and projectpt too much from a sympathie perspective^^ but go ahead if you wish to check them out - sure, and they sure know a lot about the game too

LMK if you plan on making howa on standard, I got a high tier setup for sale. Including a good skill tree optimized for my setup.
If I remember correctly it's about 10,5k ES and around 63k dps in HO with GMP and golem and auras.
