So I'm an idiot and I must've misread it but I needed 73 smithing, because the mature dwarven stout gives +2, and you have to complete a quest for it

lol well, honestly I just dont play xbone that much in general exactly because what you said, all my friends play PC. I only play xbone with my brother and even he doesnt play much anymore. and thanks!
