Phillips makes one brighter than Sylvania ultra stars which would be your best bet for white light.

The brightest halogens still have nothing on HID's so he won't be as annoying ad the Honda kid with HID's in a non projector halogen housing.

I tried Piaa, not impressed with how long they last. I'll try the Phillips next time.

I looked at the PIAA and it was like $80 for the pair.
I just want a really good light for driving at night.
