AFAIK smoking causes cancer. However, you're more likely to develop heart problems that kill you first.

I've gone full tinfoil hat at this point. The only reason they say stupid shit like this is so things like gutting the EPA, killing US citizens, Trump's vacations, and GOP congressmen fuckups aren't being plastered all over the news 24/7.
