Then I'll be stuck with the lawyer fees, probably some jail time, a record, lose my job..
I'm just taking the high road here. I'm doing the no contact approach, just acting like I don't give a fuck. My HOPE is that what happened ends up eating away at her and karma comes back around like a motherfucker.

Although you would get that instant gratification from punching another dude square in the face, you thought about things logically, weighed out the pros and cons and made your decision. That right there speaks volumes to the person you are right now.
Give yourself some healing time, go catch up with a buddy and grab a drink or ten. Go work out at the gym, play a game you haven't in a while. It's time to work on you and build yourself back up.
Let me just give you one last solid peice of advice, don't get back out there unless you are ready bro, take your time clear your head get over that skank and improve yourself, and you will be just fine bro. Just fine.
