I think I'm going to start reroll items to see if I can get better mods. Anyone have a guide or a strategy they use as far as which items are worth rolling more than others? Also, determining ilvl of said items, how do you know? I usually play hell cs runs so I'm assuming the ilvl is the highest it can be but I'm not sure if they vary or not. Thanks in advance for responses.

diablo drop is ilvl 90

reroll dia drop, but every time you reroll ilvl drops 6 lvls, so you can only reroll once for optimal stats.

This is when u reroll with 6 pskulls.

With rerolling with soj+pskull is ilvl 99 after first reroll afaik

6 Perfect Skulls + 1 Rare Item --> 1 Random Low Quality Rare Item of the same type
ilvl = int(.4 * clvl) + int(.4 * ilvl)

1 Perfect Skull + 1 Rare Item + Stone of Jordan --> 1 High Quality New Rare Item of the same type
ilvl = int(.66 * clvl) + int(.66 * ilvl)

So nop, the ilvl of the item rerolled is not 99 after the first roll since it depend on your char lvl .

Sometimes i wonder if anyone has ever used this formula in purpose (i know that some have used it accidentally insted of socketing)?

Lord De Seis is mlvl 83 btw (he's unique oblivion knight and those have mlvl 80). Actually unique urdars in River have the highest mlvls (85) in game after Diablo. Not that it makes much difference.

Yes, it does. But...

...having a chance to get gg mods doesn't mean that you actually get them (just like most of the rare stuff dropped by hell Diablo is useless crap).

in the past lots of ppl used it to cube gg items
dupe skulls & soj + use em in cube, repeat with a script and boom after a few hours/days gg 10kfg item

just look at some posts from poweridiot or russiawins, basically impossible to spawn that many gg items without the method i mentioned
