Most effective and fastest way to get rid of this? I tend to get it on the chest/shoulders/back , and how to prevent this?

Rarely changing clothes and sheets can contribute, like if you wear the same shirt multiple days/workouts in a row. I change sheets every week, dunno if it's often/seldom...
Lots of fat food ain't too good either.

once a week is good, wear a clean shirt every night if you're lazy

shower in the morning/after workouts/before bed

gallon of water is what you should aim for but it can be difficult depending on what you do all day if you can't carry a water jug around
