how does attack speed affect whirlwind? is there any reliable data relating to how attack speed affects whirwind? as I can't seem to find anything specific.

Only the ias on weap matters for ww speed

this may be true for d2, but not d3.

check this video, he explains it. attack speed will have you spit out more dust devils from set 6piece bonus. u want to hit the breakpoint so u get 6 or 7 of them... been a while.

pain enhancer, enchantress, paragons points, attack speed off all items, goguk etc... all add to ww attack speed in d3.

edit; having trouble finding the video on youtube, but Chainer had a ww barb build guide in which he explained the attack speed break point for the dust devils, and he was using goguk
to get the last 15%. will try find the video later tonight.

But didn't the dust devil rune nerfed in the current patch and the ww damage doubled its the is so powerful now
