I wonder if spectral is actually worth at DKS now that it reduces prayer drain by 50% on all prayer draining attacks outside of PvP.
Spinos drain 1 prayer point per succesful hit. Anyone tested/know if it's still 1 full prayer point or if spectral has any effect on that?

First off - Fuck you scammer go the fuck away - Obligatory...

Second - No Spectral does no change and is much worse than DFS at dks. Why? Spinos roll off your range def. and DFS has a ridic amount of range, like 1.5-2X spectral. As for prayer it halves the prayer drained rounding up the the next whole number (that's how YOU taking damage in RS works)

So in short - instead of 1 prayer drained, it cuts to 0.5 then gets rounded up to 1. So no change -- thus dfs still considered single BiS i believe.
