I've found lo at 1st travi run after gearing my barb

the 2 jahs ive found in single player were off of the super boss in den of evil first kill (lol didn't know that could happen) and in the 2 high lvl tombs near blood raven off of cold plains... those are probably not where u wanna farm em lol god's speed

jah cannot drop in act1 and 2 but nice try

All runes can be dropped in act1 or 2.

And even regular Fallen Shaman, Zombies and Gargantuan beast can drop a Jah in Den of Evil.
