my starting plate at the local all you can eat place, $25 and its good quality stuff. when me and my buddy walk in to sit at the bar, they already start our orders with out asking what we want lol

Ha nice an all you eat place wit sush, you ate that big of plate by yourself ? Phew that's a lot of raw fish bet you had sum nasty gas xD, looks good tho.

and yes, that is my first plate. then i usually get a few potstickers(gyoza) and some mixed tempura and then a few (2-3) rolls and sometimes a few more pieces of nigiri

Just wanted to point out that at 25$ for all those sushi, it's impossible that they use bluefin tuna (maguro).
They most likely use big eye or yellowfin.

not everyone gets bluefin, its a members kinda thing and its only available a few times a year.

normally it is yellowfin

I will no longer be doin sushi special on mondays, I was doin this just on mondays for a Restaurant I worked full time at and did sushi mondays, I've moved to crate seasfood and sushi full time with my wife and will be doin sushi every night now, il still post pics of plates and stuff we do, I will also post our sushi menu here.
