Every sorc/ AMA/ nec can Use this. Obv its far from perfect, but still better then Ward.

It's way too "average" and as the ladder is on it's half already the demands are high as hell and you need really nice stats to make some fg out of your stuff. It's not exactly a bad shield, but all the cons mentioned by SevenMW are true. Sure sosos etc could use it, but they often need fhr from their shield and there's none in yours. Some may not like the color as well.
