Which class/build plays the closest to a multishot DH ?

A Windripper build most likely

split arrow build

Don't you just drop a bunch of ballista and run around ?

UE is for Multishot, not sentries. Mara set is for sentries.

Anyways, you are looking at a Split or Lightning Arrow build to be similar.
