If you're going with fire claw either an edge cho-ku-nu or 6x shael CS in NM and you'll cruise through. You'll struggle with anything fire immune in hell though without a lot of CB.

my sword cracked halfway through the battle
i also reverted back to non bear because the only time i do is when im somewhere sketchy
