It truly makes no sense.
Now I know AMD is not the top-of-the-line gaming CPU, however it should be sufficient to run these settings higher than a recommended 4 with a smooth constant 60FPS.
At least 50FPS in outdoor zones and cities.

I'm not sure what the issue is.
My add-ons are up to date, and I do not use that many.
I currently have 4 enables right now.

Bartender / Quartz / DBM / Skada.

PC Specs:

CPU: FX-8320 Black Edition (3.5GHz)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H55
MOBO: Asus 970Pro Gaming/Aura
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance (1600MHz)
GPU: Raedeon R470 4GB (XFX)
PSU: 600W Bronze 80+ Cert.

This should be able to handle this game @ least on medium-high to high settings with no issues.

Any ideas out there?

Drivers are up to date. I found the issue, was view distance / clutter / detail.

Better to ask in computer section because you get fucking retarded ass responses like this. Are you running wow on an SSD? If so how full is it. Checked temps? CPU usage? Drivers?

lol? WoW is a cpu heavy game and he has a bad processor, short of lowering the render distance what else do you expect him to do. SSD is only going to help him have lower load times
