I wanted to do a frenzy barb WT since it's the first char/build that I finished hell back in the days. Also my first 99. It's going to take some grinding gearwise but hopefully I can tacke hell baal.

Rules:

- 1.13c
- extended stash & ladder runewords
- Always P8 except countess reruns
- HC

Goals:

- Reach hell
- Kill hell baal
- Find a HR
- Kill dc clone
- Übers (as if...)
