I want to see the total damage that this skill inflicts.
Is it scalled to your difficulty and character level?

IE cast from a
level 99 char in hell = mlvl99 diablo in hell damage table?
level 99 char in normal = mlvl99 diablo in normal damage table?

Does the fire damage inflict stun?

i tried researching this
didnt really find alot info

I dont think its based off your clvl or difficult lvl

It says level 10 firestorm on striking which i assume whatever the avg damage for that spell is at level 10

that isn't confirmed information... and it gives no data on the effects of stun.

There is no stun, It will however effect your fhr.
Only confirmation you will get on such data is to rip open the game itself and search for it.

The stun effect i`m preaty sure it was back in the 1.09 with the 25% torches, and it was because of the animation problems, they fixed this bug !
And about an official dmg of the firestorm from torch i didnt see one, only speculations !

those are contradictions as the fire damage is what effects fhr.

I am curious, the game designers are smart enough to know every class will use a hellfire torch even melee, so it is possible that they programmed into the game that the fire damage is applied without the stunning effect? I have no idea that is why I am asking.
