it's not...it's your standard "quality" place..not special...the only thing novel/impressive is the concept of how you eat the food which has nothing to do with the quality of the restaurant (in fact I bet the meats they use are far from top top of the line) but more with Brazilian culture

i forgot that they had chains in america which probably are not living up to the same standards as brasil. trugbug stfu not my fault americans are lazy.

My Favourite is Morning Meal DAY AFTER WORKING OUT which I have Bacon,Eggs, Homefries And OR just Toast Whole Grain/Wheat with it.

5 coles brand hash browns baked to perfection
Add tomato pasta sauce
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese back u til cheese has become golden brown
Garnish with sprinkles of sliced butter

Eat this every day before I go to bed, would recommend.

while on prep i got tired of fish and rice

so i would make the following

pulled chicken
sprinkle some shredded cheese
add over easy egg
hp sauce.

profit

for carbs, just add rice.

I love italian food for sure... simple recipes and capability to freeze, heat and eat at any moment.

Chicken parmesan and lasagna are great... so simple to make, quick to get ingredients (you probably already have them at home), you can make it in large quantities and freeze it for later and its easy to adjust the amount of macros you put into it... plus it goes great with a lot of side vegetables (salads, steamed vegetables etc.) or you could even add stuff like frozen corn, peas or zucchini slices to it for easy meal completeness. Modify it to your tastes and macros with ease (bigger piece of meat - no homo), more cheese. garnish for looks etc.
