"as despicable as hitler was" is essentially just saying "I'm not racist, but..." or "I have a black friend, but..."

So much for Mexico paying for the wall. He wants funding for the wall to be included in the upcoming budget, surprise surprise. Thankfully he backed down for now.

its almost like he knows once construction starts we'll be obligated to finish because even americans who are not in support of a wall don't want the embarrassment of an incomplete wall.
