I'm actually hesitating between Coh and Enigma ! And as for the shield 20-20 monarch OR Spirit

If i wanna cap 75 all res that'd be better of using Coh but Speed and teleport would be very nice !

Some likes to have valk, I dont. U need dodge skills too then and these are not optimal in pvm, since you cant attack when u dodge.

How about Thunderstroke wouldn't that be better ?

Titans has higher phys damage afaik

Also, i have titan and eth titan, is it worth the upgrade to Matriarchal? Though much more stats !

IMO javazon is all about Charged Strike. Yes, you can optimize physical damage, pierce of lightning fury, etc, but Zons that drop Baal in seconds are optimizing CS.

That being said, consider these items. Tried to keep this fairly budget so no gg rares mentioned

armor - nigma
weapon1 = 4-6/40ias magic or rare java => This give a ton of ias, combine with highlord's wrath or another source of IAS and you quickly go beyond the 50ias breakpoint for CS on your java.
shield1 = stormshield => I recommend this if you are not getting Dodge skills. If you get this, get max block. Maybe ral it depending on your overall resists.
gloves = mage
belt = arach
helm = griffs
switch shield = 34+ fcr spirit
switch weapon = cta
amulet=highlord
ring1=raven
ring2=bk
boots=aldur advance (frw fire resist) or good rare boot with FHR

60IAS on CS (50 is CS BP, 52 is LF BP)
100FCR on Switch, 65 on main
FHR pretty low, could get some on charms, but WAY better than DODGE recovery

with a video linked where you can see how broken LF is, and baal still dies in 1sec (baalrun starts at 3:05).

I'll grant you that getting more physical dmg won't help much
