And just like when you earn a warn, you only lose DF access if they specifically decide you should be losing DF access.

It should work that way with scammers as well. I do not see why DF should be automatically restricted for anyone other than people who are banned.

I have to agree that if and when there scams are paid back that they should have to re donate and see if they are granted access again.. SUPER Idea

I've seen some cases where people been inspired paying back their scams by being motivated from the community inside the DF

I think it's reasonable to have a stricter check on those who scam when it comes to DF access but not straight up remove it.

Besides which, there's a reason 'top donors' was changed to 'top customers' on the site home - by Paul's own admission, this site is a business, and all payments made to the site are and always have been purchases.

To imply that goods or services rendered (access to 'donor forum') in exchange for payment is a 'privilege' to the recipient is patently absurd.
