I never understood why people would buy accounts... I mean you still need to build a rep wether it's a new account or a old join date.

I agree. Donation or not. They broke rules so they should be punished. They can always get it back once they repay.

I remember that Ryan ( http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=444129 ) used to handle this I think..well I always pm'd him about it and he handled it so maybe worth dropping a PM to one of the staff members about it just to make sure.
I think if a user get more then 20% / locked / scammer tagged - lose his access to the DF.

Df forum access is entirely at the discretion of paul and kevin i believe, i have been removed once a long time in the past and i deserved it, the same will happen with anyone else who steps out of line.
