The owner had put up reward posters for returning the puppy but didn't specify the amount of the reward
When I texted him about the reward he said it was a $100
This breed of puppy sells for $1500
I told the owner his reward for returning the puppy needs to at least match the selling price of the puppy because I could just sell it if all he was going to offer is $100

Still waiting to hear back from the owner
