Oh right parry; that makes sense. It sure is annoying when you get +13% parry on a tier XIII I'll generally default to your wisdom about these things, but can you tell me what you mean by sliding rule PowerTripped? Is it different from the maxes based on (Tier x ~1.4) = max QD and (Tier x ~1.79) = max regen?

Just that due to LS math always rounding down it gives the appearance that it's on a sliding scale, sometimes the 1.4 adds enough to put it to another whole number sometimes it doesn't. For T7-T14 the max caps are actually: tel:9 11 12 14 15 16 18 199 11 12 14 15 16 18 19[/URL]. Once I got the math I fwd to Paul who verified I've just never did a new sheet yet. Anything on T12 and lower is subject to overspawn/unspawn rolls.

Oh okay I see what you mean. So yeah, same thing both ways.
Tier x Factor = max ~ rounded down
7 x 1.4 = 9.8 ~ 9
8 x 1.4 = 11.2 ~ 11
9 x 1.4 = 12.6 ~ 12
10 x 1.4 = 14 ~ 14
11 x 1.4 = 15.4 ~ 15
12 x 1.4 = 16.8 ~ 16
13 x 1.4 = 18.2 ~ 18
14 x 1.4 = 19.6 ~ 19

Did you get the above numbers from actual drops or by assuming a factor of 1.4? If it's from drops then except for confusion with un/overspawn, the true factor for QD should be between 1.4 and 1.42857

Math on my own, discussed with two players who had the most knowledge about QD, then presented to Paul for verification. QD is one of the rarer stats spawns.

ID is in the 1.21 billion+ so it's very recent. Highly unlikely that it's unspawn/overspawn.

Not sure on how many decimal places are going on in LS math, but this one breaks the 1.4 factor hypothesis in my view.
1.43 maybe? This also would make the max at tier XII = 17 instead of 16; tier XIV = 20 instead of 19. Shouldn't change any other tiers if this is the true factor. Lemme know what you're thinking!
