I sell my stack at 100% , if I buy them for 15-16 I sell for 30-32+ . Should I not do that?

depends how new you are and how much np you have, if you're still under 300-400k, then perhaps, anything more than this, i feel you're missing out on some potentially bigger profits.
as in some sense "every day" you make whatever your sell point is in profit, it's just in some point in the future

as i sell at 100 or more, i make 85k a day, just in the future... Just a different way of looking at it. And more stocks could bankrupt still so not necessarily true
