IMO I can't rate IBO and 00 above one another. Each has it's own merit.

if season 1 was better than season 2, i'm so glad i dropped it lmao.

it started off pretty good (like 2-3 episodes in) with lots of potential, then it just plummeted downhill since. the action wasn't that great, just generic. was expecting the main char or at least 1 char to be a mega badass (besides shown on episode 1), but didn't really see any. the plot was ok and had potential. it was pretty much just a boring sob story throughout with no climax.
