Best way to save coins is to NOT buy upgrades for properties. Buy property shares at maximum 5 times per property (so atleast 20% per buy) and invest your coins into landlord/innovator skill.

Yes i play with iphone

iphone display value is bugged, it shows you wrong worth until you reach 100%, the closer you get to 100% the more accurate is the displayed value (so at 100% its not bugged and u get the right worth)

but its only visual so if u sell it on market place it has the right worth (for all others it looks like normal, android and ios)
