I normally agree with your rates, but this one makes no sense.

Dudu pelts are too class specific, you can't use them on any other class.

Assassin claws are too class specific, you can't use claw on my bvb. 1/10

This item is not "class specific" for a bvb.
1/10 usability for bvb / stats 10/10

Eh. Not a fan of wolf druids as they don't usually win. It's a good wep that I suppose would kick ass in wolf vs wolf duels.
