I don't think I've ever seen an anime with over 100 episodes that has gotten better with EVERY season. Seriously, each and every season has been phenomenal and still somehow better than the last. He can take all the time in the world as long as this shit is better than Ant arch. I don't even know how that's possible, the Ant arch is my favorite animated arch BY FAR. It's perfect. Only thing I would have liked to see would have been super gon vs King fight, I'm thinking super gon would have wrecked even him. Crazy considering Netero probably couldn't even kill one of the royal guard. Then the fucking feels, I haven't been that upset or cried like that in a show since SoA when Opie died.

i'm not sure if you even watched this show based on that statement. Meruem can absorb other peoples aura, and especially his Royal Guard which was demonstrated in the show, where Meruem easily masters flight, rage blast, and spiritual message. Since he absorbed Pouf he also would have the ability to use beelzebub and body reconstruction
