I still have the max damage gear from mine. Probably easiest if I just put it back on one of my 18 sorcs and show you first hand the damage.

If it can keep chars on the run rather than being fully offensive, frost nova, and do 50-100 total dmg per tvt that's all I'd be looking for. if it can't even do that then I guess I'll just build another standard kicker for the guest acc!

I think to any char with decent mdr it does zero ot close.

Just letting ya know before u spring for an orb. But fball would work or 19 with warmth

I've got her set up again with max dmg (inc. sigon's shield). If they have max res, low mdr and stand still it can do good damage. If they run much, their rep will cover what they lose. Still, may be fun - shout when you are on.
