The animation is fixed, you cant impact it. The opportunity cost of the interrupts is a net loss of damage. (and whats the point of 300%ed being put thru a 35 damage wep -robopb or 140 damage slow wep like hoj )

This is the budget option, but it's one of the WORST commonly picked weps you can use for a fireclaw bear in pvm, and since you are talking about phnx and botd, there is no reason to use this roboshael wep ever, because maths and utility are against it.
You can hit at 5fpa on etomb double shaeled or 6 w/ the normal 40-15, 6fpa is also on Botd GT. This will do about 2K-3K min -10-15K ish max physical damage that will then get doubled from highlords and gores half the time, or you can struggle against every fire immune with the shitty 35 damage phase blade which means you cant leach worth a damm either, your call.
One handed a must despite it being worse? Griz caddy full of shaels + facet shield /spirit or lanceguard.
Fort armor is a great pick however
