Thanks all for your input. I think i wont make 1, well atleast not yet.

I personally use Phoenix as my main shield on my Amazon. She is currently level 92 and I play HC P8.

I like Phoenix for the redemption which keeps the health and mana globes full all the time which is fantastic. I know the redemption has saved me in several instances. It also does add to damage due to enhanced damage.
The downside to me is because Phoenix offers nothing for resistances I am making the resistances up in other ways/ other slots. Like you I also use an Enigma so my inventory is full of resistance charms as an example because I like to run at max resists in hardcore/P8.

I have never found a Stormshield so I have never tried it.

In the end, my Javazon works very well and all I can say is give Phoenix a try and see for yourself.
