another piece..no real use for them, yet, tho. gimme da boots then ill rock 'em. but however once i get boots..full arctic set is gone.

tested out the arctic bow. its actually pretty strong. all that cold damage adds up
Edge still slays demons and undead way faster of course. at least i got a good combo.

seriously..this wand and whole set is so stupid...melee wand set? must be for a very unique build that i cant think of atm...


amn! should be able to remake edge if i find a strong 3soc bow. already see some exceptional bows dropping, like edge bow. might be good to make from that.

ok! some catching up to do.

first off! BEST BOOTS! off of super unique venom lord.



after finding these i was able to throw away the vidala's i was holding onto.
i then remembered that crushing blow doesnt have as great of an affect on Bows. exactly half as strong. 1/8th dmg instead of 1/4th dmg on monsters. and 1/16th dmg instead of 1/8th dmg to bosses.....
although a few test runs proved that its still very strong agaisnt diablo! so it's a keeper.

first few runs i did, diablo gave only rare+magic...so i set it to players3 instead of 1 and instantly more interesting drops. i know that isnt really how it it works..but none the less


3rd time finding sigon gloves, vidala's bow...but that set sucks.

the real gem from that drop, tho was the war spear!

i used a drop chance calcualtor.. players 3 with 169% MF = 1:1415 chance on Diablo(norm) non quest drop.

not the best roll, but no matta! Soso gettin' a power up!


more MF! beats out my 23% one.

did some testing with the big Xbow. still not as strong as Edge against the obvious demons+undead. damage i guess is similar, there's just still a large speed difference. however it blows arctic bow away so it is a reliable weapon switch! that is not dependant on other set pieces to stand a chance.

going to run Act 5 now, i think.
