its made this way so console players can play the game

right now a lot of builds involve running around and destroying everything without having to press more than 1 or 2 buttons, like the aberaths, flame golem, bv, etc

to be faster u can do like cospris coc, which is also 1 button to clear strands in about 30 seconds

there are no more monster mechanics, only loot and mobs that are sitting there waiting to get 1 shot

Cospri will never clear strands in 30 seconds. Even Vaal spark and Norse shield charge is close to 1 min with headhunter she and 200+ ex gear.

the idea is not to argue about precise clear times, its just that something that can be considered end game (ie. red map) takes a minute to clear and is basically mind numbing, where you might die because of something like volatile if unlucky/map mods/too squishy

he pointed out that because mob mechanics are essentially useless in the current clearspeed meta, the most dangerous things are ''agressive deaths'' that usually rip characters

ProjectPt has been around for a little more than a year if i am right, he doesnt even have the right to say what the game has become. he got some points now and then, but he needs to get the sand out of his vagina, i have never seen a week go by without him complaining.

they could just make monsters more difficult so that you cant one shot everything in end game maps and increase exp gain to keep the grind the same

I think dmgwise +t15s are okay but usually mobs never even have a chance to hit.
Or mby add better bonuses for difficult map mods. Now its just kinda stupid to run shit like temp chains/vuln+dmg mods/chilling ground etcetc as the rewards are so small compared to the risk/loss of speed

The map mods literally make the game super hard or super easy.

I don't understand the point of these complaints. Want the game hard? Play HC and corrupt all your rare maps.



And run mods like that.

I pretty much only run corrupted maps which is the reason I rarely level any char much over 90 :P Problem is there is no benefit in doing that tbh, I just find it amusing.
Which is the whole point.. There is no point in running high tier maps with difficult mods when u can just chain shaped strands. High risk high reward isn't a thing anymore expect when talking bout uber and shaper mby

But like I said before I dont rly mind all that much but I can see why some do
