can u augment an item that is already augmented?

i have +250 dex on my pants (rank 50 gem), can i replace it with a rank 66 gem augment?

You can augment as many times as you want, it will just replace the previous augment.

even if the previous one is higher?

whats a good level to augment at? I thought ti was just lvl 50

Yes the augment has only minimum requirements the higher lvl the jewel the main stat

60 hc 80 sc

and go wild on items u know u wont be able to replace ( perfect ancient items or close )
