Good morning,
i'm here to ask some help of "how to use this stack" after 1 sec out of combat i have an additional 2 stack of sweeping wind , but one of these is used when i cast pillar , sometimes i cast the pillar and the stack doesnt get lower and other time after only 3 pillar i have to cast again sweeping wind and wait the 1 second of the belt to get 3 stack , how can i avoid this waiting ? because without the stack and the bounus of wukong set , i ddint do all this dmg ... i need some suggestion ,
