As soon as you get 6p set you can do t6 on any class. Literally takes an hour to do if someone rushes you.
From there, you repeat a cycle of bounties and rifts to upgrade. Most players are shitters that don't know what order to get gear and how to efficiently craft so they get stuck until they find lucky drops.
