I started having a new drink in the morning based off the trend of bulletproof coffee.

I start with yerba mate, which is basically a strong coffee-like tea that has a tropical chocolate flavor.

I mix the tea in a blender with coconut oil + erythritol and it keeps me full (not hungry at all) and caffeinated the whole day. And it tastes great.

works good for losing weight.

if ur an athlete i wouldnt recommend it not enough energy

Definitely. Without glycogen reserved in muscles and your liver you lose your burst energy.

But, you also build up ketone-digesting ketones over time, and the loss of energy gets better over time as a result. Once I cheated on my diet with carbs and ran a half marathon a day later. It was not only easy, it was laughably easy. The austerity my body went through for 2 months gave it burst and endurance strength for the run.

I've also heard that stacking up on electrolytes solves this problem.

instead of a ketogenic diet, you can just take exogenous ketones

and it's a sure thing, no major dietary restrictions but obviously dietary restrictions are recommended if you're aiming to lose fat/weight

I've never heard of exogenous ketones. I'll have to look them up.

The go-to company on this is Pruvit. We sell their ketones at my (personal training & life coaching) business and we constantly need to re-stock them. It's way easier than dietary ketosis but perhaps the best part is that you get a noticeable energy increase from taking ketones. The biggest drawback is the price. I haven't heard customers complain about the price but most of the keto-consumers have expendable income (partly b/c that's our intended audience).

e: I should mention that there are a few companies selling ketones. I only recommend Pruvit, but it's worth looking around to see what works best for you if you're interested.

I always knew you were a small man but didn't know you were the same size as a small boy.

On topic I've been on Paleo with a lot of Ketogenic influences for a few months. Down 15 or so lbs with minimal traditional exercise other than outdoor work.

By far the best meal & snack food on this diet is avocados. They have 300 calories, are pure fat/fiber, and they have a bunch of useful nutrients.

My typical day atm is bulletproof coffee/tea for breakfast, and avocado and coffee for lunch, and a light dinner with protein and fatty stir fried vegetables.

I could see myself maintaining this diet forever now that I have a circle of recipes.

The only downside to avocados are that they're $2.50 each.

have a a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. I went to law school for 2 years, then left because i was offered a position at the company i was working part time for. They then paid for me to get a certification in mechanical drafting and are paying currently for my 2 year degree in project management.

so in reality i have 3.5 college degrees. thanks for stalking me.
