I started having a new drink in the morning based off the trend of
bulletproof coffee.
I start with yerba mate, which is basically a strong coffee-like tea that has a tropical chocolate flavor.
I mix the tea in a blender with coconut oil + erythritol and it keeps me full (not hungry at all) and caffeinated the whole day. And it tastes great.

works good for losing weight.
if ur an athlete i wouldnt recommend it not enough energy
Definitely. Without glycogen reserved in muscles and your liver you lose your burst energy.
But, you also build up ketone-digesting ketones over time, and the loss of energy gets better over time as a result. Once I cheated on my diet with carbs and ran a half marathon a day later. It was not only easy, it was laughably easy. The austerity my body went through for 2 months gave it burst and endurance strength for the run.
I've also heard that stacking up on electrolytes solves this problem.

instead of a ketogenic diet, you can just take exogenous ketones
and it's a sure thing, no major dietary restrictions but obviously dietary restrictions are recommended if you're aiming to lose fat/weight
I've never heard of exogenous ketones. I'll have to look them up.
