I'm not a fan of ketogenic diets myself (having been on one previously). I like to eat clean so I ended up in a position where the high fat content of my diet suppressed my appetite and I couldn't eat enough to maintain my bodyweight (given I was not eating processed foods). For those without health issues, there are many other plausible options. Carbohydrates are fine.

There is only one diet that works. It doesnt have a stupid name. Consume less calories than you burn. Thats it.

That's not a diet

There are 'good' carbohydrates. These don't assimilate fast. They have a complex molecule. They are unlike the 'bad' carbs, which have a simple molecule.

also, there is bad fat and good fat.

and you shouldn't mix different protein types.
