how is a scammer a mediator and runner of the list

Well I can already tell you this list is incorrect. 1st off I'm still a med. 2nd I know your not one in hockey section nor can you self apoint. Nice try.

Admission to list (requirements)
Mediators must be trusted to the nth degree. There must be no doubt whatsoever that the med will be trusted. The med is trusted with a minimum of one million forum gold and a maximum of three
million forum gold.
Regulators are trusted up to 350kfg. They can host the biggest games and resolve customer issues by means of helping to create peaceful, positive resolutions in nearly any situation.
If you med over 20 million forum gold in any 8-month period of time, you will be upgraded to Med. No exceptions.
