What does it mean?

it means that the more wrath you have built up
the higher chance to stun
starting at 15% chance going up to 20% with more wrath


wrath is a paladins mana

but its a crusa not a paladin, does that mean hes using mana that is wrath?

the wrath doesnt go away for teh block chance
