I would like to start some level 18 TvTs with this ruleset

paladins are banned
amazons are banned
no slow % (except clay golem)
no potions
rep cap 25 (or w/e everyone wants... I would put it to 15 personally)
max 75 all res
say go/no nk/no gold steal etc

This would make level 18 duels bearable imo, if anyone has 18s and wants to do this then just post for lvl 18 fpk
