skilzz retracted before he was outbid (fyi I know, I see it's sold)
if the c/o was forced to stay at the offer before his, and they were the only ones bidding, warlocked has every right to retracted his bids and start at d/l -- and obviously TiM has every right not to sell as well.

if warlocked was not allowed to start back at d/l, we'd have everybody fake bidding each other all the time... lets not go there :rolleyes:

There is a difference between backing out of a bidwar because the maximum offer you would pay has been reached, and retracting all offers when you have the leading c/o on a deadline.
